Vision & Mission
Although the District Education Office is mainly engaged in the overall supervision of private secondary schools and Dakhil Madrasas, it is also involved in various activities of government secondary schools and higher education institutions. Institutions related to education such as the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, NTRCA, Banbase, Nayem and various other projects under implementation in the secondary education sector conduct their activities mainly through the District Education Office. The District Education Office is responsible for implementing all the instructions received through the Ministry of Education, the Department of Secondary and Higher Education and the Regional Offices at the field level. Apart from this, collecting information from the field level and sending it along with the higher authorities is one of the aspects of the activities of the district education office. To provide assistance to the district administration in the education related activities of the district, to act as a member of various committees of the district, to take measures to prevent irregularities and corruption related to education and to send recommendations to the higher authorities if necessary. Due to the celebration of various national days with due dignity and monitoring of the educational institutions under the District Education Office and control of the activities of the officers / employees of the Upazila Secondary Education Office, the scope and expansion of the work of the District Education Office has increased to a great extent.
Basically the manpower of the district education office is limited, most of which is zero. This massive activity is being conducted by limited and limited manpower. So filling the vacancies in the fastest time will increase the speed of work.
